Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time before its next renewal date by visiting your account settings and selecting Cancel Subscription, or by emailing aistudio@galleri5.com from your registered email address with the subject “Subscription Cancellation”. Include your account email and, if available, the latest payment or subscription ID.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until that date.

We do not offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by applicable law. See our Refund Policy for eligible refund scenarios.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file. You will receive a reminder email before renewal where required by law.

To prevent renewal, you must cancel before the renewal date shown in your account settings. Cancellations submitted after the renewal date apply to the following billing period.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price change, and your continued subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Upon cancellation your account reverts to the free tier (if available) or becomes inactive at the end of the billing period.

Unused credits do not expire solely due to cancellation; they remain available on your account. However, credits associated with a subscription-only credit grant may expire with the subscription.

Content you have generated and saved prior to cancellation remains accessible for a period of 90 days after the billing period ends. After that, we may delete it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. To delete your account, contact aistudio@galleri5.com or use the account-deletion option in settings.

Deleting your account cancels any active subscription immediately. No refund is issued for the remaining billing period unless required by law.

Any unused credits are forfeited upon account deletion unless you submitted and qualified for a refund under our Refund Policy before deletion.

We may suspend or terminate your subscription if you breach the Terms of Use or End User Agreement. In such cases no refund will be issued for the current billing period.

If we discontinue the platform or a feature you have paid for, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and offer a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
